The most interesting part of the theater hall and cafe (left corner of building) , is the roof design. It make uses of the natural light from the cafe's glass roof and the skyline to illuminate the rooms. Therefore energy saving is achieved. The design of the theater stepping roof top matches with cafe's roof steel arches creating an architectural look.
The height of MlC center and the shape of the structure is supported by the concrete columns at four corners. The location of the high rise contrasted with the nearby buildings create an outstanding appearance.
